We are able to produce variety sheet metal press parts with different technologies on high quality excenter presses with a nominal force from 10 to 60 tonnes. The presses can also be equipped with an automatic coil feeder devices, an automatic coil unwinder, and air blowing for parts ejection.
As our offer ranges all the way from the development of the product, tool designing, making of prototypes, and the final serial production, the manufacturing costs and the price of the final product can, therefore, already be significantly lower at the very beginning of the project.
The pieces can also be deburred (vibratory deburring and polishing), and surface- and heat-treated (zinc coating, hardening, copper plating, nickel plating, tin planting, chrome plating, anodising, etc.).
